I'm planning to do some armchair activism.
I got a computer, an education and an interest in health. I've always wanted to pick a topic and do something about it. I finally picked antibiotic resistance.
The title of the blog refers to Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus. I wish it were a sad, downtrodden bacteria.
Goal #1
Assist in community building. I'm good at helping create links on the internet among people with a special interest.
Goal #2
Help disseminate information about antibiotic resistance. I plan to parrot things said by reputable organizations like the CDC.
Goal #3
Prevent the apocalypse. The loss of all antibiotics would shorten the life span of all my kids, grandkids and so on by 10 years.
